WARNING. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO MOVE TO.
June 4, 2025Management refusing to listen to my complaints about the neighbor up stairs. This has been going on for 3 months and management does nothing. Other tennats complaining and she does nothkng.Making loud noises at night and letting tenants brake the rules about 10 p.m. rule.Property Manager Responded

Ask to read the lease well before you move in
August 25, 2022I moved in 2 1/2 yrs ago. While generally speaking the apt is fine except for my front door being off kilter allowing for air to flow through, I was upset to find out that smoking was not allowed anywhere on the premises. I did not find this out until the day I signed the lease and had already flown back to Florida to ship my belongings out here. I felt I was stuck as I had no where else to go at that point. To this day it is still a huge irritant for me. When we walked up to the apt I was ...going to live in there was a sign that said no smoking. I assumed as with most places that was in the apt. I felt mislead. As far as I am concerned it was false advertising. If I had known earlier I would have never had chosen to live here. Quite and safe
September 11, 2019I have absolutely enjoyed living at the Allen Street apartments. The maintenance staff is always professional and helpful. I had all issues resolved in a timely manner. July 4, 2019Very unimpressed, you pay for the pool, clubhouse, workout room and it’s never open and without notice. We planned a get together for the 4th had exited grandchildren over and the pool was locked up. After calling management the told us it’s not an emergency and the person who was in charge of the pool must have just forgot and they couldn’t do anything about it and hung up on me. The club house hasn’t been open in 2 months due to “renovation”, the first 2 months of living here the hot tub was ...“out of order”.Expensive rent considering your paying for the amenities that are never open and no credit back to the tenets who pay for the use.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Safe place to live!
January 31, 2019Just renewed my lease for these apartments and I can’t imagine moving! The upkeep is amazing! I’ve never lived anywhere where they take such good care of the landscaping! Pretty quiet except the occasional noise from people above you which is expected in any apartment setting! I feel very very safe here which is great! Great pricing and big apartments! December 5, 2018I have lived at Allen Street Apartments for almost 4 years. The management staff is amazing. Lori is always available to help and answer any questions or concerns I have. When I have an issue, it is taken care of ASAP. Maintenance is quick and efficient. I have always felt safe while living at Allen Street. Everyone is friendly and kind. Look elsewhere
October 31, 2018We lived heee for 6 months in apt h236 and everything in there kept breaking down and getting it fixed was a hassle, the neighbors next door and above are loud. People above were stomping so hard it dropped the kitchen light out of the ceiling and was hanging by the wires for two days before they came and fixed it. All college kids around us in that unit area. Dryer doesn’t work worth a crap have to run 2 cycles just to dry one load. Dishwasher was “fixed” which consisted of them putting the ...drain line into the garbage disposals rubber tube and hose clamping it together. Still holds 2” of sitting water in the bottom. We just moved out and I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone, management there sucks.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
