Allora 168 is a wonderful community that prioritizes the needs of their tenants while demonstrating what a home should feel like. The leasing team was incredible from start to finish, making the tour feel like a priority and making the application process a breeze. I felt very taken care of and always felt like I knew what I was signing up for, especially with their cost system set up to show all included fees upon applying. haven't heard my attached neighbors a single time since moving in. Each unit is filled with the best appliances, and has great noise cancellation as well. The community is nice and comfortable overall. However, I would appreciate clearer communication when it comes to maintenance. It’s important for residents to be notified and give permission before anyone enters the apartment, except in emergencies.

We downsized and moved from a 5 bedroom house to our 3 bedroom unit with a 2 car garage here at Allora 168. We love it! No more shoveling snow or mowing lawns. The layout of our unit is perfect for us. We can be on the main level and if we have guest they can be upstairs. The amenities are great with the club house available for parties. great workout area and we can't wait to try the pool! Moving to Allora 168 is the best decision we made in a long time!
