Great maintenance and staff but horrible parking and questionable build quality
January 2, 2026Maintenance is amazing, gets to your issue within the day or at least the next day and will update you on the request you have. The staff are very nice as well. However, there have been more break ins recently and not to mention one of the gates being broken down for the past three months. Build quality is questionable as well. And parking sucks - good luck finding parking past 6 pm on some days.Property Manager Responded

You are literally a minute away from three major highways and you're surrounded with every possible shopping center, restaurant, Mall, hotels and a minute away from the airport. The employees here work as a team and it is amazing to receive their support and their immediate response to any concerns. December 19, 2024My day started with meeting Salena at the leasing office and she was very attentive to my needs. She kept in contact wirh me weekly as I transitioned in. I was excited to be able to obtain an ADA unit and loving all the great amenties and service received so far. Eveeyone has been amazing at the office. And although much more of this community needs to be filled, i hope it continues with the same vetting. Again it's a difference being on this community but definitely enjoying it. The application process was short & simple.
