They even hosted an event for dogs, which was really fun and a great way to meet neighbors and see everyone’s dogs. April 25, 2026I really want to love this place but every time I try I can’t. The people that I encounter are amazing staff wise. The parking here is horrible. I’m not sure if the booting system is something the property did to make sure that residents always have somewhere to park etc, but it’s becoming quite dreadful! I forgot to put my handicap decal up after a long day of work, I decided to leave out this morning to get medicine because I didn’t feel well… I couldn’t move my vehicle because I had a boot. ...Expenses are through roof in this economy. After a long day at work, a simple mistake costed me $75. This maybe one of the reasons I don’t renew my lease. Some of the residents are disgusting! They literally throw trash out of their car and leave it on the ground.Property Manager Responded

March 30, 2026Love my apartment complex!! The neighborhood is overall quiet. I utilize my amenities weekly and the staff is very friendly! If I could provide any feedback, I would suggest keeping the neighborhood more cleaner. I realize that it is tons of dog poop all over and it’s quite frustrating. I do see someone regularly picking it up and trying to keep it clean. But that would be my only concern about the cleanliness of the neighborhood!Property Manager Responded
