March 15, 2026I love the property and admities. The only problem I have is the parking. There are garages that are only used for storage which should be utilized for vehicles as well and carport that seem too be empty which should also be used. The staff so far are great.Review from Apartments.com

March 9, 2026I’ve had a good experience living at Klein Crossing overall. The community is generally quiet and comfortable, and the property is well maintained. The location is convenient and the staff has been helpful when needed. One small suggestion for improvement is the second entrance (not the main Apgujeong entrance). At night it is quite dark and can be difficult to see. It can also be confused with the blocked vacant lot entrance right next to it. Adding a light directly in front of the entrance ...would make it much easier to identify and safer at night. February 27, 2026Living here has been the WORST experience in my apartment history. We have been lied to since the day we first toured these apartments. The BEST thing going here is the maintenance staff if this was separate I would give them 5 stars. The entire front office staff negative 0 except for Nathan he’s just the low man on the totem pole that they make work every weekend. He is very nice and has no authority, just does what he is told. The community manger manages to consistently lie and doesn’t care ...about anything going on with the property. Not the marijuana smoking in this non smoking community, the snakes, the constant vandalism of residents vehicles, not the huge dogs that residents have (Great Danes, German shepherds, Bull mastiffs). One two bedroom apartment has four adults and six children there. Anything goes here as long as you pay your rent. These apartments should be called YOU STAY AS LONG AS YOU PAY! February 25, 2026Loving here is peaceful but sometimes at night all you hear is neighbors fighting , loud music or people running up and down the stairs. People don’t pick up their dog poop so you can’t really enjoy playing in the yards they have close to the bbq pits. Besides it all the apartments itself are in really good shape. Everything is well taken care of and appliances are brand new. The staff is super helpful and understanding. They listen to their tenants. The pool is so fun to go too and the gym is in ...tip top shape. January 24, 2026I love the community and the area we live in. It’s quiet and peaceful . I chose this place because not only was my don’t able to get picked up in a safe location but I know that we would be safe overall. We have not yet had any issues and we have been here now 6 months the only down fall I think is the water pressure and hot water runs out a lot. With these cold days it would be nice to have hotter water and more pressure to shower. Right now it just feels like I’m showering in the rain.Review from Apartments.com
