June 26, 2025Overall a good experience. The walls are very thin to the outside so when in the kitchen or living room area you can hear everything from the hallway, which can include screaming kids and dogs. They also just gave out pool bracelets so you can only bring two guests to the pool at a time, which I think is a bit ridiculous. Not that I often have more than 1 or 2 people over but if I wanted to I couldn’t. Seems to be getting more and more rules and things taken away, but still paying outrageous rent ...prices. Paying for all these amenities but can’t even use them with friends. A bit annoying.Property Manager Responded

We completely understand how hallway noise can be frustrating at times, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance the comfort of our community spaces. As for the pool bands and guest limit, the two-guest policy is part of the lease and is meant to help keep the pool area safe and enjoyable for everyone, especially during busy times. Not only is the quality of the apartments fantastic, but the staff have been so kind and responsive, and it is a great place to live no matter your stage in life. June 12, 2025Our family has enjoyed living at Allura this year. We searched Naples and Bonita Springs before deciding where to live after moving from Tennessee, and Allura was far and away the nicest community in the area. The amenities like the sprawling pool, enormous fitness center, free gourmet coffee drinks, bowling lanes, grilling and party areas--it really is like living at a vacation resort.
