At the end of a year, I like to review my major purchases. I have been very happy with the value of living here at the Allure apartments in Abacoa. I looked at a few apartments in the area and considered location as well as conversations with renters. The Allure location is great. I can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, music venues, and, of course, baseball. But when deciding where to live, what I really measured when speaking with building tenants was service. complex, and while waiting in their office for a tour, I was dismayed by the number of tenants who came in to complain that they were still waiting for repairs to important items like AC, washers, and refrigerators. Here at Allure, I had a refrigerator issue, and it was fixed within hours. My water heater wasn't as hot as it could be, and it was fixed that day. I needed some work done on my hurricane door, and it was done the next day. Maintenance staff have helped with my packages, and they leave my apartment clean after their work. The gym, pool, and recreation area with coffee are all very nice, and I should use them more often. The office staff is very helpful, and I appreciate the extra efforts they make for our benefit. I have been to quite a few socials put on by the staff, and they help me feel like part of a community. In review, I am very happy to live here and happy to hear my guests' comments when I show them around the property. Thank you to the staff!
