New Mgmt, Property Well Maintained
January 25, 2020My husband and I moved in a year ago. Right as the new management team took over. We have been extremely happy with everything from the open concept floor-plan, the layout of the units, the in-unit laundry, the updated appliances, flooring, the nest thermostat, garages to rent for guaranteed parking, they have just upgraded the gym, and poolside amenities, and resurfaced the parking lot. There is always property improvements going on. They really take care of their tenants and the facility. We ...have been very pleased with our stay here. Allure Apartments
August 8, 2015I feel that my apartment is great it could be managed better. There are always problems with BBQs and pool. Parking is okay there isnt enough spaces but it works out most of the time. Kitchen appliances and counter, cabinetry are very basic for the price that is charged for rent. I do like that you can rent more than one garage. they are nice apartments there are just a few things that could be better managed such as grounds keeping.Review from Apartments.com
