April 16, 2026Good location, friendly staff, and nice amenities overall. However, security is a serious concern. There have been multiple incidents involving cars being broken into, stolen, or targeted. There doesn’t seem to be adequate perimeter security, and even the two main vehicle entrances lack sufficient CCTV coverage. Improving security measures would make a big difference in overall safety and peace of mind.Property Manager Responded

They’re conveniently located right next to several stores like Walmart and Costco, so close that you can even walk there. The prices are very reasonable (during certain months). Tip: If you’re planning to move, reserve in advance — it’s usually cheaper. Also, check the prices on their website daily, as they tend to vary.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2026I’ve lived at ALLURE AT TEMPE for a few years now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I’ve renewed my lease sixth time— that alone should say a lot! The apartments themselves are beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feel like home. The layout, lighting, and modern finishes make coming home feel like a treat every day. One of the biggest highlights, though, has to be the front office manager — especially April. She’s been incredibly helpful since day one.
