They’re conveniently located right next to several stores like Walmart and Costco, so close that you can even walk there. The prices are very reasonable (during certain months). January 24, 2026I’ve lived at ALLURE AT TEMPE for a few years now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I’ve renewed my lease sixth time— that alone should say a lot! The apartments themselves are beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feel like home. The layout, lighting, and modern finishes make coming home feel like a treat every day. One of the biggest highlights, though, has to be the front office manager — especially April. She’s been incredibly helpful since day one.
