June 7, 2025The apartments are very nice and spacious. The rent is reasonable. The office staff is very friendly and informative. The tenants tend to throw their garbage by the dumpsters instead of inside the dumpsters. Visitors often park in the assigned parking areas.Property Manager Responded

Learned our lesson
May 13, 2025Cockroaches almost in every place but management will gaslight you to believe otherwise. Dog poop is never picked up and security just does a big lap at night and the leaves. Also in one month cops showed up twice amounting in 6 vehicles or more each time.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025My stay at Allure at Tempe has been very pleasant. I've lived there for more than two years and can't say I have any complaints. I can say that their maintenance and office staff have been helpful and professional. The area landscape is well taken care of. I recently renewed my rental agreement for another year. However office staff made me feel like they lied to us just to get us to sign a lease with them.
