I love it here!
May 2, 2022I am very surprised by the negative reviews. I am a current resident at Allyson Garden II. I absolutely love my apartment and the community. I have never had any issues with rodents or roaches. The community is very quiet and well maintained. The staff is always very professional and any concerns that I have are addressed quickly. I can not say enough how much I love my apartment. I have been living her 4 years and it is great!Property Manager Responded

GREAT 1ST APARTMENT

The office staff is very friendly when it comes to addressing concerns and the maintenance team is very prompt when it comes to addressing tickets. September 11, 2017Let's just say the perks are awesome and so is the community I got in on a deal that allowed the first two month's of RENT FREE They also have a program that helps with the last 500 of the security deposit Win, win, win If you refer someone to this great community, you are given a 1000 It just keeps getting better, right The location is less than a .05mi off of Reisterstown rd, which is ideal from a new Wegman's and many shops Miss Dawnetta in the leasing office is fantastic and makes sure your ...needs are priority Miss Erica is great too Maintenance is prompt and friendly The pool is the LARGEST I've ever seen in an apartment community and the fitness center is right near the pool With life guards always on duty Ample parking I cannot say enough about this beautiful communityRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 27, 2017I moved in here at the start of October 2016 and I have had very little to complain about so far. The neighbors and the community in general are quiet and I have never had any problems parking my car. I am staying in a one bedroom apartment and a for a single guy, i can say that its spacious and I like the layout of the apartment. A Nature's Bounty
January 11, 2017As a lover of nature and all its wonders, it's no wonder that I absolutely love living at AG II. From the weeping willow at poolside to the rosebushes planted right by the front steps leading to and from the parking lot. There's also, of course, the animals, which range from a variety of bird species to foxes, deer, chipmunks, flying squirrels, and others all living and communing in harmony right here in our very own serene and almost private locale. In addition to the glory of nature's bounty ...encircling the grounds, my life is further enriched by having the most wonderful property and community manager you could ask for. My thanks to Ted and Erica for making apartment living such a dream. I appreciate all your incredible efforts with ensuring that my home stays where my heart is. DO NOT Move Here!!! That "Good review" is what suckered Me In.
December 22, 2016I have been here almost 7 months & I CAN'T WAIT till My Lease is Up. It's been a Nightmare. Nothing was New when I moved in accept the paint job. I work on the Road & was out of the Country in May when I Docusigned the Lease. It took 3 months for Me to get New Blinds for the patio doors. The stovetop is warped so My food shifts forward when I'm cooking. I've had a Rodent infestation for 4 Months & the Rent Office Refuses to simply Pull the cabinets to seal any holes they maybe entering the Apt ...through but instead wants to Trap them beneath the lowers cabinets. I've WPM Property Mgmnt & warned that if I see another Rodent I'll be withholding Rent to go to court to get a COURT ORDER to have maintenance removed the Cabinets & seal the holes. Horrible
March 14, 2016I can't understand why do people lie on these reviews. When I first moved here it was ok. The place was nice great and quiet. Then the first problem that I seen was ants. Maintaince fixed the problem ASAP. Which I was grateful for. Then I saw mice. Which came 2 years later. I complained about the issue it took them three weeks to fix the problem. Also roaches came out of no where a coouple months ago. I notice that the neighbors will out their trash outside their door. I know the dirtiness had to ...come from them. Erica is the only efficient one in the main office. She gets things done. Najia don't care and Elaine is rude. The apartment may look put together but it's made so cheap it's ridiculous. The new Maintaince workers are dumb they don't know anything. The parking lot in some areas are not lit. Or the apartment building light don't work. Also plenty of tenants complained about their car getting broken into. They don't have cameras and nothing will be done. It's so sad. It's like they let anyone live here. Mostly college kids are making the property go down hill it's weed and loud noise and music all night. This is why I am moving. It was a nice place until the complex stopped caring about the tenants who pay rent and go to work. One last thing pay your rent on time. We were late for rent because of the blizzard we had in Jan. And payroll wasn't done they sent us a paper for eviction. Even thou we didn't have a paycheck. Every other company knew that some people didn't get paid but not Allyson gardens they don't care. Completely Satisfied
February 21, 2016I have been at Allyson Gardens II for 3 months now and I absolutely love it here. The staff Elaine, Najia were so friendly during my move in. My apartment fits all my needs. It's spacious and cozy. The location is ideal, nice and secluded and it’s very quiet. I would also like to commend the maintenance staff for their outstanding job during the blizzard. They worked from sun up to sundown everyday to assure the parking lots and sidewalks were passable. Great JobReview from Apartments.com
A Place to Call Home!
February 17, 2016When my husband and I started our search for an apartment, let’s just say, we were filled with discouragement and trepidation. We were newlyweds returning from our honeymoon, and our previous arrangements to rent a house, had not panned out as we expected. So there we were, frantically searching for a place to call home, and praying that our decision would not be one ill-conceived from desperation. I stumbled across Allyson Gardens II during an internet search and called, begging to take a tour ...with about 20 minutes left before closing. But of course, that did not deter the staff from waiting patiently to guide me through the property. From the first telephone conversation to the signing of the lease, my husband and I knew that this community was an answered prayer. It is our privilege to call Allyson Gardens II home. We are so grateful for the Office and Maintenance staff. Their tireless efforts, especially during this winter, and ability to address any issues or concerns, has won our hearts.
