September 24, 2019The entire complex is disgusting. Trash all over. Absolutely INFESTED with MICE. And they WILL NOT come fix the issue. Put a maintenance request in an they'll mark it as complete and not do anything. Horrible customer service. You can smell other people's weed smoke in your apartment. I was robbed the first day I moved in. Whatever you do, avoid this place. The thought of living here another year almost makes me want to vomit. Stunning Apartment
April 25, 2019The rooms in the apartment are very spacious. The staff is very helpful and kind. They have answered all of my many questions. Community seems to be quiet and they have nice community events for tenants including children. Laundry facility is always clean and I see cleaning people daily on the property. I hate living here!
December 20, 2018The neighbors are loud, ignorant, and verbally abusive to their children. Teenagers from all over the neighborhood hang out in the hallway for hours and steal delivered packages. The apartments are infested with bugs and mice. I’ve complained several time and the leasing office does nothing to fix these issues. I can’t wait to move.Review from Apartments.com

List of repairs that should of been completed before we moved in still not done. Have not been able to unpack or live comfortably because life is interrupted because of bed bugs. I HATE IT HERE!! mice infestation
June 8, 2017Me and my gf have been living here for a week. And the mice problem is crazy. We are very clean people we don't leave a mess we clean up after ourselves but the mice have been ripping and running through our apartment all throughout the night. They even come In the bedroom with all the lights on. I have literally saw a mouse walk into my bedroom while I'm staring at it in the face with the lights on and it just walks right into the room like I'm not even standing there. Then they make you wait ...for weeks to have a exterminator to come . All they did was have a maintenance man come and put down some silicon which the mice chewed threw within a day. A Great Place To Call Home

I had been shopping around for many other apartment options however, I was delighted by the welcoming atmosphere that I felt when coming for a tour last June 2015. Leasing agent Najia sat down with me prior to going on the apartment tour to find out my needs in an apartment. I decided after the tour to look at other apartments however, based on Najia friendly and inviting personality and the price of the apartment, I decided that Allyson ...Gardens would be an idea fit for my new home. The apartment community team since my stay here have all been very helpful and understanding of my needs. The maintenance team seems to consist of very dedicated hardworking individuals who respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient matter. The community overall does a great job trying to engage residents with special events to build resident morale.
