Don’t bother
December 3, 2021This place USED to be good. In March 2021, Sentinel Real Estate Management took over and this place has gone downhill. Management has shut down numerous amenities with no notice, no reason given as to why, and no timeline for reopening. Over the half of the amenities have been closed since they took over, and nobody knows why. The office will not answer the phone or direct questions from the residents. They will not turn off the after-hours line, so if you have a maintenance emergency at ...night…too bad. Hope it’s not life threatening as you’re out of luck until the morning. There are better places to live at with actual responsive management. Stay away from here.Property Manager Responded

Rude staff
February 16, 2021Went in to look at apartments and it seemed as if we're begging, staff was not open to answer questions, told us that they had no apartments for us, and seemed annoyed that we were there. Bad customer service, if they were rude to potential leasees can't imagine what it's like when we live there. The staff here is amazing and friendly. January 11, 2021Almeria is a lovely place to live. It is in a great location, with beautiful neighborhoods close by. Great area to walk or ride your bike. You can easily access the 10, 101 and 202. Close to the mall. It is quiet and clean. I feel very safe here. I have been pleased with maintenance. Maintenance is done in a timely manner.
