This place USED to be good. In March 2021, Sentinel Real Estate Management took over and this place has gone downhill. Management has shut down numerous amenities with no notice, no reason given as to why, and no timeline for reopening. Over the half of the amenities have been closed since they took over, and nobody knows why. The office will not answer the phone or direct questions from the residents. They will not turn off the after-hours line, so if you have a maintenance emergency at ...
night…too bad. Hope it’s not life threatening as you’re out of luck until the morning.
There are better places to live at with actual responsive management. Stay away from here.

Went in to look at apartments and it seemed as if we're begging, staff was not open to answer questions, told us that they had no apartments for us, and seemed annoyed that we were there. Bad customer service, if they were rude to potential leasees can't imagine what it's like when we live there. Beautiful apartments, but can't lease if staff won't answer questions.

We love our community, by far its the best apartment community we have stayed in. We have been here comin on 4 years and would do it all over again. The staff here is amazing and friendly. The property is always clean and anytime we have a maintenance issue, they are on it like peanut butter on jelly. its a wonderful safe place for your kiddos or if your just rolling solo.

Almeria is a lovely place to live. It is in a great location, with beautiful neighborhoods close by. Great area to walk or ride your bike. You can easily access the 10, 101 and 202. Close to the mall. It is quiet and clean. I feel very safe here. I have been pleased with maintenance. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and willing to assist you.

I relocated to AZ in April of this year and decided on moving into Almeria Ocotillo, and Wow, I was Amazed at the Beauty, the people in the rental office have all been Amazing. It is definitely the Best decision that I made moving here. If youre looking for a Great place to reside. This would definitely be a Wonderful choice

Beautiful complex very well kept and maintained. But the office is basically non existent since covid and there is a bug problem during spring/ summer that their pest control along doesnt solve you may have to do more of your own.
