terrible experience
June 19, 2021RENTERS BEWARE.. you will not get your security deposit back without jumping through hoops I wanted to wait until I get my security deposit back to write a review so that I can give my thoughts on the entire process. Looks like that isn't going to happen. I moved out end of March this year and was told during the move-out inspection was great! I haven't received anything at all. I've reached out out several times and all I get from the building manager is "ill follow up and get back to you". ...They never follow up, no phone call or email. Looks like i'll have to go through small claims court, so for anyone wanting to avoid this.. please DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!Property Manager Responded

Rent at your own risk
April 10, 2021Management team is terrible in communication with their tenants. They don’t fix repairs within a timely manner or does it seem that they have someone knowledgeable doing the repairs either.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2021The community is very nice in the apartments everyone is very nice and outgoing. The residents respect the rules around the apartments. There is a lot of places around here like restaurants, schools, and grocery stores. There is a lot of space for the kids to run around and play. Each apartment has a back patio, pool access, and pet friendly.
