Horrible Receptionist ruins a great property

The buildings themselves are fine, & I very much wanted to move here, but whoever currently manages the office needs to be fired. I have left polite messages with my info requesting a returned call sporadically since this summer, because she almost never picks up the phone. NEVER has a call been returned. The 3 times I have gotten through, the 1st she was rude & unhelpful, which I had hoped was just an off day for her. It wasn't. The 2nd & 3rd time I called requesting an email application ...
because she had failed to mention that is how to apply, & she was rude again, & lied saying she would send it to me but never did. I have also requested the info from rental sites, hoping she was just slow & misspelled my email. Nope. She is just a dishonest, unpleasant person who knows she can get away with it. Even if I could get in, I would be terrified of having a problem because she clearly doesn't care.

Often times we have had someone call back even after we've emailed them an application multiple times saying that they haven't received it. Sometimes it has gone to their Spam folder, sometimes it's just not delivered, as we use our property management software to send out all correspondence, and sometimes we simply get busy and forgot. We always encourage our tenants and prospective tenants to call back if their issues hasn't been addressed in a timely fashion, as this office is often quite busy. The best time to reach us is Monday - Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm.

Parkside has a wide range of living spaces. When we first were interested in this apartment, there wasn't any apartments available at the time, but a couple was moving out. In a few weeks time, the maintenance crew worked very hard to get us in as fast as they could. If we had a problem with out apartment in any way, they are there within the hour with a solution to fix it.
Quiet enjoyable living

I live in an apartment complex that is in a country setting with lots of trees and a park next door. The landlord is very quick to fix any problems and are always understanding. Where I live, there is very little traffic, crime and very nice neighbors. I will only move when it's time to go to the cemetery!!
