April 15, 2022Overall, AM is a fantastic place to live. Unfortunately, it seems they determine rent based on who you are and not the value of the apartment. Rent seems to be determined on favoritism. Many people moving out because of it.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2022The staff is amazing! They are always happy to help and answer any questions that we have. The manager Jennifer is always on the residents side and happy to help however she can. Her supporting staff is fantastic as well and always very considerate. The maintenance staff is great and they have never had any issues fixing the little things that come up in day to day life for us living in the apartment.
