And the maintenance team is always on top of things and also a joy to be around- shoutout to Antonio and Xavier. When I had a safety issue around one of the residents using the gym, management responded promptly and took immediate action, demonstrating that they take safety concerns very seriously. The shared spaces are almost always clean and well-stocked. I feel proud to have people over because the property ...and apartment are so nice. December 26, 2024I am entitled to receive my refund from Alpine Prairie Village in Longmont, Colorado, as financially committed, and it is crucial that this is fulfilled despite their current excuses. My preference is for a direct deposit back to my account, as initially debited, rather than being notified that the check is in the mail again. Sufficient notice, both verbal and in writing, was given as required and requested for all necessary purposes and changes, and was verified multiple times by their office ...administration.
