Poor Management/ Lack of Professionalism
March 29, 2025These apartments are nicely built not too old, and up to date on appliances etc. Amenities are nice, valet trash services, open gym and secure mail room for packages however, the leasing office is never open, leasing agent does not know a thing about professionalism. If you want maintenance to walk into your apartment without any notice or by “mistake” like they help you pay rent then this is the place for you. Excellent New Spot - Tenant Since Summer 2021
September 3, 2022This spot is brand new and I'm glad I discovered it. I'm the first tenant in my particular unit and have only been an Alpine Studios resident since June 2021. When the first year of my lease ended, I had zero hesitation in signing another agreement because I love the place. The location is literally right outside of the 465 loop with downtown nearby, offering modern, stylish living spaces and operated by genuinely friendly, thoughtful people. Contemporary but nothing too flashy — every guest ...that's visited has had nothing but compliments. As of this review, looking up the location on Google Maps produces an image of an empty lot, just to speak to how new these apartments are to the area.Property Manager Responded

Low Stress Move In
July 27, 2022I just moved into Alpine Studios about a week ago and since applying, I can't say enough good things about the staff and maintenance! Through my endless calls and questions, the staff is always more than happy and able to help. Since I've moved in, maintenance has addressed any/all concerns with shocking speed.
