These apartments are nicely built not too old, and up to date on appliances etc. Amenities are nice, valet trash services, open gym and secure mail room for packages however, the leasing office is never open, leasing agent does not know a thing about professionalism. If you want maintenance to walk into your apartment without any notice or by “mistake” like they help you pay rent then this is the place for you. This spot is brand new and I'm glad I discovered it. I'm the first tenant in my particular unit and have only been an Alpine Studios resident since June 2021. When the first year of my lease ended, I had zero hesitation in signing another agreement because I love the place. Through my endless calls and questions, the staff is always more than happy and able to help. Since I've moved in, maintenance has addressed any/all concerns with shocking speed.
