These apartments are nicely built not too old, and up to date on appliances etc. Amenities are nice, valet trash services, open gym and secure mail room for packages however, the leasing office is never open, leasing agent does not know a thing about professionalism. If you want maintenance to walk into your apartment without any notice or by “mistake” like they help you pay rent then this is the place for you. When the first year of my lease ended, I had zero hesitation in signing another agreement because I love the place.
