September 29, 2025Alston apartments is a safe and clean environment which is close to LIRR. The apartments are relatively new and a decent size compared for other options in the area. However there are small customer and resident related services that do not quite make you feel cared for or looked after. April 1, 2025I love my apartment, the staff know who I am and the maintenance team is attentive. My suggestions for the future remain the same— visible security, regularly accessible doggy bags (even on weekends) and constant upkeep of the pool (I spend every weekend there in the summer and people are always complaining that it’s not clean).Property Manager Responded
