The Staff at the Alston have been extremely helpful throughout the years. Justine, Pat, Keri, Audrey and Samara always Greet me "Hello" when they see me. I always feel Safe at the Alston inside and outside of the building. The Alston is well kept inside. The landscaping outside is Beautiful!!! September 29, 2025Alston apartments is a safe and clean environment which is close to LIRR. The apartments are relatively new and a decent size compared for other options in the area. However there are small customer and resident related services that do not quite make you feel cared for or looked after. July 29, 2025I was the first person to sign my lease in 2019. The Alston Staff always greets me when I enter the lobby of building A1000. They are very professional and courteous. April 1, 2025I love my apartment, the staff know who I am and the maintenance team is attentive. My suggestions for the future remain the same— visible security, regularly accessible doggy bags (even on weekends) and constant upkeep of the pool (I spend every weekend there in the summer and people are always complaining that it’s not clean).Property Manager Responded
