        Alston apartments is a safe and clean environment which is close to LIRR. The apartments are relatively new and a decent size compared for other options in the area. However there are small customer and resident related services that do not quite make you feel cared for or looked after. There are lags in leadership and managers making sure the details of moving in or moving out are completed as well as collecting rent checks and placing maintenance orders.

        I was the first person to sign my lease in 2019. The Alston Staff always greets me when I enter the lobby of building A1000. They are very professional and courteous. My stay here has been very comforting. This is my home and I look forward to many more years here.

        Alston is a wonderful place to live! The staff is amazing And they create a home here for us not just a place to live. The property is secured with the fob and that makes me feel very safe. There are also wonderful residents here that you can meet at the social events or by the pool

        I love my apartment, the staff know who I am and the maintenance team is attentive. My suggestions for the future remain the same— visible security, regularly accessible doggy bags (even on weekends) and constant upkeep of the pool (I spend every weekend there in the summer and people are always complaining that it’s not clean).

        5 year old apartments still hold up pretty well. close to highway, and nice amenities. Attentive staff with some social events. If you can afford underground parking, do it, because surface is a rat race.
