Enjoyed living at Alta 99
March 16, 2026Just wanted to say I enjoyed my time living here at Alta 99 and the staff was very professional and polite to work with, especially Destiny and Larita in the leasing office! My unit was very clean, new appliances, I rarely had any issues living here and if I did most were resolved in a timely manner. Although, I am moving to Scottsdale, I enjoyed this location it was very quiet and very peaceful. I will also miss the pool and the 24 hr fitness gym! :) Thank you again!Review from Apartments.com

February 2, 2026I moved in at Alta 99 on December 2024 and it was a very great place to live. The customer service from the leasing office to the maintenance are very professional.
