July 14, 2025I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment The unit is clean, modern, and well maintained, with plenty of natural light and thoughtful finishes. The layout makes excellent use of space, and everything from the appliances to the water pressure works exactly as it should. The building itself is quiet and secure, with responsive management and friendly neighbors. Any maintenance requests I submitted were handled quickly and professionally. I also really appreciate the location it’s close ...to public transportation, grocery stores, cafes, and parks, which has made daily life super convenient.Property Manager Responded

Beware of Alta 99 – Terrible Customer Service and Refund Issues
May 27, 2025I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Alta 99, managed by Greystar. After canceling my apartment application within the allowed 24-hour grace period, I was told my $150 refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. It’s now well past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my money. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through phone calls and a detailed email to their corporate office, I’ve been completely ignored. I was simply told someone would reach out—yet no one ...ever did. This has turned into a complete nightmare over a simple refund. If this is how they handle a small issue like this, I can only imagine how they’d treat actual tenants. Save yourself the stress and avoid Alta 99 altogether.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2024just moved into this apartment, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The unit is spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light, with modern touches that make it feel like home. The location is unbeatable—close to public transport, shops, and parks, offering incredible convenience. The building’s amenities, like the gym and pool, are outstanding, and the management team is friendly and quick to address any concerns. The perfect home
November 18, 2024I love the fact that the amenities are spread out to where they have their own spacing. I especially love the 24 hour clubhouse. I like the family events that are held on certain days. It's just an overall family community. I feel safe here which is an important part. I wouldn't have it any other way staying here. I love the floor plan of my home. The bathroom is gorgeous and the stairs entering my home just gives a look that hasn't been seen before. Great place to live
November 18, 2024I have been living here for almost a month now and I love it! The community is so beautiful always kept clean and well-maintained. They have so many fun amenities to do.
