Was out and about the other day with my child and a neighbor’s dog launched itself at us . Was a bit scary . Might need a fence or wall soon due to homeless people . I’m excited for the local businesses opening in the area.

March 16, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comJust wanted to say I enjoyed my time living here at Alta 99 and the staff was very professional and polite to work with, especially Destiny and Larita in the leasing office! My unit was very clean, new appliances, I rarely had any issues living here and if I did most were resolved in a timely manner. Although, I am moving to Scottsdale, I enjoyed this location it was very quiet and very peaceful. I will also miss the pool and the 24 hr fitness gym! :) Thank you again!

The customer service from the leasing office to the maintenance are very professional. The apartments are very spacious with all the amenities.
