April 2, 2026It’s a nice place to live for the price , very green. Wish the neighbors took better care of their pets though. Was out and about the other day with my child and a neighbor’s dog launched itself at us . Was a bit scary . Might need a fence or wall soon due to homeless people . March 16, 2026Just wanted to say I enjoyed my time living here at Alta 99 and the staff was very professional and polite to work with, especially Destiny and Larita in the leasing office! My unit was very clean, new appliances, I rarely had any issues living here and if I did most were resolved in a timely manner. Although, I am moving to Scottsdale, I enjoyed this location it was very quiet and very peaceful. I will also miss the pool and the 24 hr fitness gym! :) Thank you again!Review from Apartments.com
