July 14, 2025I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment The unit is clean, modern, and well maintained, with plenty of natural light and thoughtful finishes. The layout makes excellent use of space, and everything from the appliances to the water pressure works exactly as it should. The building itself is quiet and secure, with responsive management and friendly neighbors. Any maintenance requests I submitted were handled quickly and professionally. I also really appreciate the location it’s close ...to public transportation, grocery stores, cafes, and parks, which has made daily life super convenient.Property Manager Responded

Beware of Alta 99 – Terrible Customer Service and Refund Issues
May 27, 2025I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Alta 99, managed by Greystar. After canceling my apartment application within the allowed 24-hour grace period, I was told my $150 refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. It’s now well past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my money. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through phone calls and a detailed email to their corporate office, I’ve been completely ignored. I was simply told someone would reach out—yet no one ...ever did. This has turned into a complete nightmare over a simple refund. If this is how they handle a small issue like this, I can only imagine how they’d treat actual tenants. Save yourself the stress and avoid Alta 99 altogether.Property Manager Responded
