Once moving here everything from the building location to the local amenities provided a sense of comfort. The staff even provided a local help guide and are consistently providing suggestions on places to go. September 25, 2024The location of this building is good, near the MAX station. You can walk to downtown Portland in 5 minutes, or walk to supermarket nearby. The view of the Penthouse is excellent, you can have the bird view of the beautiful NW and Pearl district. Staffs are nice, they are willing to help with anything. Since the building is new, the amenities are great. I like the sofa in the Penthouse and the treadmill in the gym. Overall, I will recommend this apartment to you.Review from Apartments.com
