DO NOT RENT HERE.Your cars will be damaged if parked here. If not by the maintenence crew and the trees, but by the horrible neighbors. Also Managmnt dosent fix lights in the parking spots or stairwells. The Air conditoners in the hallways are never on. And they will not help you if someone let's their dog pee infront of your apartment. Their cameras dont work. Police have been called on these matters but the managment refuses to help. Also, please check thoroughly for mold or roaches before ...

Do not move in unless you want to get screwed by management, they will make you pay late fees on stuff that wasn't in your lease agreement and no one told you anything about. I was hesitant to move here and I was right, all the 1 start ratings are true. They will raise your rent, they will tow your car because they have some deal with the towing company, it is always full of trash and its like living in the ghetto.

I had a bad experience. main manager is nice to some tenants and to others she's super friendly. says one thing one day changes mind the next. says no dogs allowed. then says only service dogs. Some people even have 2 dogs. . .bad experience. not renewing lease!

The landloards were very difficult to work with. They would say one thing one day and switch it up the next. They don't take out the $300 on first months rent like advertised. They do however add $500 to your deposit for a total of $1,500 if its your first time renting, so watch out students. Worst experience ever.
