If you move here know that the hallways have carpet and they are not cleaned at all. The staff will always be professional but they will not resolve anything and say they understaffed like that is our responsibility. Your packages will be stolen and no one will care.

This is not a well run community. The apartments are not well put together. The cabinets are constantly breaking the floor comes up and maintenance is not the best.

The complex is in rebuild mode don't be fooled. There is no twenty-four-hour security, before I moved in it didn't exist at all. They literally just added security cameras in the parking areas and only one from what I see. The property may want to switch to retirement community honestly. Only activity for recreation is pickleball or the gym. Your closest park is 20 minutes away. If you're between 22 - 27 you may get bored 40 and up this will be heaven.

Alta City Side has been a wonderful place to live. I feel safe and at home here. My fellow residents are always so kind and I am grateful to be living here. One downside is the cost. While in line with the area, I wish Alta City Side would provide more flexibility is lease renewal costs to prevent current residents from leaving to find an apartment close by with better deals. Keep your current residents happy, willing, and able to stay!

I love it here! everyone is so kind! i love the amenities it comes with! i love that i always have a place to park! i didn’t like how my place was dirty when i moved in but that is the only problem i had! and it was disgusting just not super clean!
