They literally just added security cameras in the parking areas and only one from what I see. The property may want to switch to retirement community honestly. Only activity for recreation is pickleball or the gym. Your closest park is 20 minutes away. If you're between 22 - 27 you may get bored 40 and up this will be heaven.Property Manager Responded

One downside is the cost. While in line with the area, I wish Alta City Side would provide more flexibility is lease renewal costs to prevent current residents from leaving to find an apartment close by with better deals.
