Alta Clara is a great place to live. Everyone is so polite and friendly. The apartment is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. It’s surprisingly quiet at all times. We especially enjoy the gym and the nearby walking trails and lack of traffic.

Alta Clara has made my move to the Stoneham area easy with a helpful management team; the community is an inviting place to live with easy access to nature, easy parking, and proximity not only to the downtown Stoneham and Melrose areas, but also with how easy it is to get to downtown Boston with how close the Orange Line is.

Community Management is top notch

We are doing a short-term rental at Alta Clara (we sold our home and are in the process of buying another). Since the first time we visited them through moving in and living here for almost 3 months thus far they leasing management team has been beyond helpful and responsive. Daniel, the Assistant Community Manager, goes above and beyond and for this reason I would not hesitate to rent here again in the future should the need arise.

Alta Clara at the Fells is the definition of community and quality. The apartments alone, phenomenal having all major amenities. Such as washer, dryer, dishwasher, sink disposal, microwave and refrigerator included in units. Having the peace of mind of any maintenance. Having parking available and a 24 hour gym. Access to a mailroom for packages. A petspa on the premises. It wasn’t that hard of a decision, when making a choice of residence.
