I have been living at Alta Cypress Springs for almost a year, and I can say this as clearly as possible: I absolutely do not recommend anyone moving here.
My experience with this place has simply been insane. One of the most serious issues for me is the feeling that you do not actually have privacy in the apartment you are paying for. In my experience, they decide they need to enter your apartment, send you an email the day before, and that's it. To me, the way this is handled has made me feel ...
like they can enter whenever they want and I am simply expected to accept it.
On top of that, I have experienced situations where I was accused of things without being shown any evidence and without any justified reason from my perspective. Instead of receiving professional treatment, reasonable explanations, and service that respects a resident who has been paying and living here for almost a year, the experience I received was exactly the opposite.
But for me, the worst part came when I wanted to leave. That is when I encountered a complete lack of humanity and a level of service that I honestly cannot understand how anyone considers acceptable. Instead of trying to help a resident, listen, or at the very least handle the situation in a reasonable and respectful way, my experience was frustrating, cold, and completely absurd.
After almost a year of living here, I can say that I wish I had known beforehand that this was how things would be handled. A home is supposed to be a place where you feel comfortable, where your privacy is respected, and where there is management you can actually speak to when there is a problem. That has absolutely not been my experience here.
I personally would not recommend Alta Cypress Springs to anyone. If you are considering moving here, in my opinion, you should think very carefully before signing anything. I know for certain that after my experience, I would never choose to live here again.
