Anything that was broken in my unit that needed to be fixed maintenance was very prompt on correcting the issues. Cars are broken into regularly. some neighbors twice in two weeks apart! brought it up to the managers a few times but they do not want to install even a fake camera or add a few more lights in the parking! Thin walls and noisy neighbors could be another issue!
