        I can't lie - of course we love positive reviews, but your honesty gives us the chance to improve, so many thanks to you for taking the time to share! Having down elevators can be such a hassle, that's why we have three in the event one is down for service. As we announced last week, the contractor has fixed the problem & now all three are back in service.

        We recently moved into Alta and it has been great! We love the area, we can walk to many lively bars and restaurants. The amenities are probably the best part of this place. We have started going to the gym again because of how great it is, the rooftop is absolutely stunning, and the courtyard is the perfect social hangout. Residents have been friendly, and I love seeing everyone's cute dogs every day :)

        Overall, I am impressed with the cleanliness of the building. So far, it is a welcoming atmosphere. The residents on my floor are quiet. The apartments are beautiful and equipped with state of the art appliances. The central air conditioning is top notch and quiet!
