Lived here for a little less than a year. Management is so welcoming and nice initially and once you move in you def don’t get that same vibe or welcoming feeling. The front desk ladies and maintenance are amazing in the other hand. To live here the uncharges will cost you an arm and leg. Your rent jumps up 2-400 depending on your unit which is insane. Lots of smoking throughout the buildings. Management is super unorganized and seen too busy to ever get back to you. Once my lease is up I’m ...

Gates always broken, Pet Park causes itching and balding with pets. The butterfly app does not open the front door. There is no storage, management doesn’t want us to use our patio. The hallways don’t get cleaned like they should. The trash dumpster and elevators are always out of order. And on top of that management is very rude.

The property management at Alta Goodyear has been extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward tenants. They are all smiles to get you to move in. Communication is cold and dismissive, and instead of making residents feel comfortable in their homes, they create unnecessary stress and tension. The constant notices, lack of professionalism, and intrusive behavior make it hard to enjoy living here peacefully.

I love Alta Goodyear! From the moment we decided this was our new home, to lease signing and moving in- everything was pleasant and easy! This is my first time living in an apartment and it honestly is so much better than I was imagining. It’s very quiet. The grounds are well maintained and it’s all very clean.
