November 19, 2025Alta Ivy has proven to be an amazing community. The amenities are top notch and the leasing staff and management are professional, friendly and always approachable. Weekly events are hosted for the community of residents with fun activities like candle making, paint & sip, chill with wine & hors d'oeuvres, yoga and more! There's a very tastefully decorated co-work space where I have been able to conduct business and zoom meeting right from home... I love it here!Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025Living in Alta Ivy has been fantastic. When we step into our 3 bedroom we forget that it’s not an actual house! Everyone has been kind, friendly, and respectful. September 1, 2025As a former business owner , I judge businesses by thier management staff. I quickly found the existing staff when I moved here to be trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable. Changes occured during my first few months but the same traits held by the replacements quickly proved to be well done. Apartment life for the older folks , yes we are two of them,Is taxing. Meeting new people is easy but age gaps make developing deep friendships very difficult. The office has made us very welcome and ...gives us many opportunities to meet other residents. We have indeed met younger people that the friendships seem to be developing. Many of them have stated that they enjoy talking and listening to us and along the way have picked up information that have helped them in their lives. We feel very welcome here and hope to be here for many years. That of course will depend on health and the owners desire to keep a healthy, and well kept facility with reasonable pricing.Property Manager Responded
