My move-in and early interactions were rocky and, at times, unpleasant due to challenges with the property management. However, things noticeably improved thanks to Michael, who has been extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. One of the standout positives of this community is the maintenance team—they are truly top tier. Work orders are handled efficiently, and the upkeep of the common areas is consistently superb. Since I could not take care of all the details, the staff worked with them via phone and in person. They were very gracious and helpful making the transition from Greystar 55 community. The location and property have potential, but my apartment had several maintenance and cleanliness issues that took a long time to resolve. The washer and dryer both had ongoing problems — including rust, odors, and staining — and some areas of the unit, like the front door and window, were not properly repaired after multiple requests.
