Far from a luxury experience
April 5, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe building looks polished in photos, but living here has been a very different experience. We’ve dealt with a bedroom fan/light issue where other units can interfere with it, which has repeatedly disrupted sleep and still has not been properly resolved despite ongoing communication. Noise transfer between units is also much worse than expected. For the price point and the way this property is marketed, the actual living experience falls well short.

Not only because of their friendly staff but their apartment layouts are beautiful. The light up mirrors are amazing and they still have so many apartments to choose from since they are brand new. I plan on moving to Nashville this summer and I cannot wait to call Alta Lofts my new home!! :)
