Beautiful Complex - More Good than bad.
January 28, 2026Loved living here let’s start with the pros: 1. The apartment complex is all indoor, and very clean. 2. Beautiful walking trail and scenery. 3. Maintenance is amazing, and work fast. 4. Units are modern, and up to date! 5. Very safe area, no safety concerns ever. 6. Absolutely loved the Cons: 1. Parking can be a hassle, I lived in building 2 I rarely could ever find a spot near my building. They have parking in the back row but there are no walkways. 2. Walls are thin ( to be ...expected). 3. The apartment is beautiful but cheaply made. Materials fall apart easily. 4. No real community here, my time living here there wasn’t a lot of community events. 5. Assistant Property manger and Leasing Agent have no customer service skills, they don’t greet you when come in, they are condescending and cannot be bothered. Which sucks because it’s a beautiful place but the attitudes are hard to get by. It can be hard to get any help especially from Elizabeth. Good luck dealing with her if you do decide on this property. 6. Management put a tow notice on my car for parking in the front but the property manager parks his Tesla there every morning for 8 hours a day, meanwhile I was only parked for 20 mins. 7. If you live near the pool be careful, there are alot of kids and at times the noise cannot be drowned out. Same goes for the gym, children spend a lot of time in there. 8. Overall, I loved living here and would recommend it to others especially if you are someone who is looking for a safe space to call home. I genuinely hope they can work on their customer service, it’s okay to speak to your residents, it’s okay to go the extra mile and be curious about what they are calling in about or try to offer an helping hand. Small things go a long way, and a little customer service and a smile does too!Property Manager Responded

It is peaceful and so quiet it feels as though my apartment sits all by itself on the top floor (even though I have neighbors above! The quiet reading spaces near my unit are beautifully furnished yet still warm and inviting, very comfortable when I am able to use. The apartments themselves are clean and modern, and all my appliances operate and appear as if they are or recently brand new (including the washer and ...dryer). My front/backyard has a nice picketed fence and so much yard, there is a box for WiFi already so I don’t have to rent equipment, and the valet trash is actually timely and it comes with a trash can.
