September 30, 2024I've been a resident for over a year, and my opinion of Alta Longwood and the staff has evolved considerably. As the property has stabilized, the caliber of fellow tenants has increased, and there have been far less issues with both the facility and fellow tenants as when I first moved in. The staff has grown to know many of the "regulars" and with that, good personal and professional relationships have been created that enable better communication. The management has done a great job at keeping ...the property in good shape, clean, orderly, and has done an amazing job at hosting events and in the invitation of vendors to the property to enhance the residential experience. They have all done a great job at evolving into a cohesive team.
