They really make the process SO easy here and will be with you and help you every step of the way from the time of application to move-in day! The apartments are just BEAUTIFUL and well maintained but also AFFORDABLE!! I also can’t say nice enough things about my Leasing Agent Erica (or Erin, I’m really terrible with names, I’m so sorry!), she was SO amazing!! I hope to be living here for a while!

This place is really nice in terms of location and community. During my process they lost a bunch of my information and had no internet set up on move in and doubled me up on electricity which i had all set up 33 days prior to move in. On top of that they didn’t “debug” the apartment so milipedes and spiders are lurking everywhere which the girlfriend hates. Nice place and i bet this isnt the common consensus but ive had better experiences with other complexes.

Alta Marine Creek is a beautiful complex situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Dog parks are very big and spacious, and the dogs and people there are friendly too! The pool is stunning, and the whole property is very very well kept. The apartment set up is a little unconventional and strange but it’s interesting (you think the doors next to you are 1st floor apartments but there actually stairs to the apartments above).
