    I have been here for a week now and I love it so far. Maintenance is prompt and they leave you a notice afterwards detailing everything that was done. I have no issues with noise here so far, which is the major reason why I left my previous location. I do live on the 4th floor though, so that could be a reason why it is not noisy.     We have been here for 6 months and enjoy the wonderful atmostphere, wonderful people and wonderful staff. When we had problems with washer machine but once we asked for a repair, the staff came very quickly! Also, we enjoy the pool ,spa and gym. Its very cozy, warm and comfortable. It makes us feel very at home. When we come across Jewel and the staff, they're always smiling and very friendly making this a wonderful home!

    I went and visited Alta Merita a few months ago, and Chris was the one to help me out. She was so great and personable! She made me feel right at home. The rest of the team was so helpful as well and I applied right on the spot! I have since moved in and love it here, the building is well taken care of and the team is always ready to help.
