I've been living here a year now. I can say that there are some reviews of the trash and dog poop, but honestly, that's completely on the residents. I see the maintenance team and the cleaners cleaning up the community/trash rooms/trash chutes. I see the ladies in the front always on the phone helping someone or helping a applicant/resident in the office. They organize the package room too because amazon cannot do their job. I would love to go down the list of everything I enjoyed about this community, but I rather you go tour it yourself. It definitely made me feel like I would be living at a resort. I have been here for a week now and I love it so far. Maintenance is prompt and they leave you a notice afterwards detailing everything that was done. I have no issues with noise here so far, which is the major reason why I left my previous location. I do live on the 4th floor though, so that could be a reason why it is not noisy. The people are very nice. I always see people everyday cleaning the complex. I went home one night around 1am and noticed security around and even opened the gate for ...
