Great place to live if you want to be in the hustle and bustle on the west side of PDX
August 3, 2025I lived in this apartment for 3 years and don’t have plans to move. The location is great, right in downtown, with easy access to public transportation, bars, restaurants, and etc within walking distance. Building itself is nice with a nice interior rooftop. Don’t expect mountain view though. Appliance are good, they have gas stoves which I prefer much more than electric and washer and dryers work just fine, no issues. Big props to the building staff, they’re fantastic and make living here ...great. Thanks to Dora and Kendra for all their help and always being friendly. Can’t Go Wrong!
May 4, 2025I toured the Alta Peaks on February 22nd with Dora. I immediately fell in love with the building and the area. About a month later I had my apartment reserved and here I am today all moved in and loving everyday so far. I had one maintenance issue and they where here first thing Monday morning to take care of it. I called and asked for pictures of my view from my apartment was told no problem and 10 minutes later they were E-mailed (Thank you Kendra). Excellent place to live.
March 4, 2025Having lived a full year at Alta Peak concluding at the end of January, I can honestly say it was the best managed building that I've lived in with Dora And Kendra being the reason. They would handle any issues that would occasionally arise at a moments notice. The maintenance team was always quick and professional the few times I needed his assistance. Neighbors were always quiet and respectful, didn't even know someone lived next to me. If you're looking for a great place to live, don't ...hesitate to give this place a tour!
