Can’t Go Wrong!
May 4, 2025I toured the Alta Peaks on February 22nd with Dora. I immediately fell in love with the building and the area. About a month later I had my apartment reserved and here I am today all moved in and loving everyday so far. I had one maintenance issue and they where here first thing Monday morning to take care of it. I called and asked for pictures of my view from my apartment was told no problem and 10 minutes later they were E-mailed (Thank you Kendra). See myself being here for awhile and ...you can’t go wrong with this place!Property Manager Responded

Excellent place to live.
March 4, 2025Having lived a full year at Alta Peak concluding at the end of January, I can honestly say it was the best managed building that I've lived in with Dora And Kendra being the reason. They would handle any issues that would occasionally arise at a moments notice. The maintenance team was always quick and professional the few times I needed his assistance. Neighbors were always quiet and respectful, didn't even know someone lived next to me. If you're looking for a great place to live, don't ...hesitate to give this place a tour!
