    I toured the Alta Peaks on February 22nd with Dora. I immediately fell in love with the building and the area. About a month later I had my apartment reserved and here I am today all moved in and loving everyday so far. I had one maintenance issue and they where here first thing Monday morning to take care of it.     Having lived a full year at Alta Peak concluding at the end of January, I can honestly say it was the best managed building that I've lived in with Dora And Kendra being the reason. They would handle any issues that would occasionally arise at a moments notice. The maintenance team was always quick and professional the few times I needed his assistance. Neighbors were always quiet and respectful, didn't even know someone lived next to me. If you're looking for a great place to live, don't ...
    hesitate to give this place a tour! They do move in specials and referral bonuses too. Five stars all around, highly recommended! Lucy misses you Kendra and Dora!

    Alta Peak has always had excellent management and maintenance personnel! Any issues with security are always addressed in a timely manner. There is a sense of community here with the monthly newsletters and activities available.

    The apartment complex as a whole is riddled with theft. I have had many items stolen including a very expensive bike. Our maintenance person is exceptional however. He is kind, friendly and extremely professional. He is a gold star and deserves much praise for his hard work and efforts.
