        I just moved into Alta Rise a few weeks ago. I watched it being built and then saw it all come together and wanted to move there for a while. I finally made my decision and it was great value for the price the area and it was perfect for my pets. Anthony was super helpful and so was his co worker Arlo. I love seeing them in the leasing office they made me feel at home the moment I walked in. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move to Gilbert AZ. I have lived in the east valley for over 8 years ...
        and this is my favorite place I have lived so far.

        From the moment I walked in, Alta Rise completely wowed me. The property is beyond perfect, spotless, and even smelt amazing. I was warmly welcomed by Arlos, Anthony, Sarah, and Bri, and it was the first time I’ve ever met an entire office team during a tour — such a great experience!       • The BEST apartment

        This apartment has been the best experience. We recently had an issue with our sink and the maintenance crew came out the next day first thing in the morning to fix it. Jeff replaced under our sink and we have not had any issues since. I appreciate the quick communication and friendly staff. The property is VERY well maintained and I would recommend this place to family and friends.
