Workers initially very friendly, pleasant and responsive. After lease was signed, not so much. Men's underwear found behind the dryer in my "new unlived in" unit. Poor craftsmanship through out, hardware on cabinets placed crooked, paint speckled on flooring throughout, planks below carpet in bedroom are uneven can feel wood and dip/unlevel flooring through carpet. Trains run constantly throughout night and day. Very loud. Not mentioned during showing. The overall outer complex is pretty ...
and well maintained, close proximity to Comanche Park, dumpsters are enclosed. I will love living here once my washer and dryer are fixed.

A must see NEW Apartment complex!! Ask for Michelle. She is the sweetest and will answer all of your questions. Best customer service I have received by far when looking for an apartment. We signed a 15 month lease and are so excited to become residents at Alta Rolling Oaks. The property is beautiful and the views are just gorgeous! Make sure you go check them out.
