Men's underwear found behind the dryer in my "new unlived in" unit. Poor craftsmanship through out, hardware on cabinets placed crooked, paint speckled on flooring throughout, planks below carpet in bedroom are uneven can feel wood and dip/unlevel flooring through carpet. Trains run constantly throughout night and day. Very loud. Not mentioned during showing. The overall outer complex is pretty ...and well maintained, close proximity to Comanche Park, dumpsters are enclosed.
