The pricing and promotions they offer are reasonable and make the apartments quite competitive compared to other places in the area. The units and amenities provide good value for the cost, which I appreciate. One area that could use some improvement is the attitude and communication from the staff. While they do their jobs and handle requests, the interactions sometimes feel a bit less welcoming than expected. With a slightly more ...friendly and attentive approach, the experience for residents could become even better. That said, the community itself is nice, the pricing is fair, and the promotions help make it an attractive place to live. February 5, 2026I’ve lived here for a year now and have had a very pleasant experience. The community is quiet and safe, which is a top priority for me. I’ve really enjoyed the amenities, particularly the gym and the pool, which are kept in great condition. While my experience has been mostly positive, I have two small suggestions: a few of the exterior lights blink constantly at night, which can be a bit irritating, and there are some bare patches in the lawn that could use some attention. January 26, 2026the new office staff has been a complete change in this complex. i appreciate how responsive and nice they are. one thing that irritates me is the residents that do not clean up their dog poop.
