Outstanding Apartment Community!
July 11, 2024I recently moved into the Alta South Bay building, and it is truly an outstanding apartment community! As a College Professor, I teach a lot of online courses from home, and I was looking for a quiet, clean, and well run community. Alta South Bay is superb and checks all the boxes! Molly and Nethania are so friendly and professional and made my move-in super easy. They are both kind and caring leasing professionals. March 25, 2024Overall I like the apartment complex. Not very happy about the unfinished hallways. Also, the front doors all seem to have a giant gap that allows for a lot of wind and debree to come in. Horrible experience!!!!
March 11, 2024I was live in Alta South Bay for almost 4 years. In December 2023 one pipe was broken and flooding many units. My apartment was several damage. The management don’t provide very good customer services. Only referred to my private rent insurance too request for my personal loss. They send to another unit until my apartment is fixing. I can’t access to my apartment because construction workers wrap my things. I decide moving before my leasing it’s over. If you have pets CAUTION a lot bugs around ...all community.
