        Alta Suprise is a wonderful place to live the grounds are kept extremely clean. The clubhouse is beautiful. The gym is amazing, with a big beautiful swimming pool and don’t forget the big beautiful apartments 1,2 and three bedroom apartments ready to lease.

        This community has been a blessing. The staff is wonderful from the front office manager to maintenance and even the wonderful cleaning lady who keeps the office looking sparkly and welcoming. The property is well maintained and if there’s ever a maintenance concern etc they are very quick to address it. I’m on my second lease here with them and my kiddos and I feel very much so at home.         The units are clean and have a nice open layout. It’s quiet, easy to get to, and close to shopping and restaurants.         I enjoy the landscape, I’m not too close with anyone in the buildings however I do respect my neighbors by being quiet and I normally keep to myself and work a lot. Very elaborate club house, let me tell you Gatsby can surely throw a party in there. The pool always looks tempting to go to however I’m always busy with work. Nice to look at though. The gym is spacious, from my experience living in other apartments and the apartment in general is spacious. I normally use the kitchen a lot and the ...
