July 8, 2024Alta Wren is a great community to live in. I am a resident here for almost 3 years and am happy with my choice to move here. They offer many events every month, including Zumba every other Wednesday. There are many places in the common areas where you can sit and relax, or workout in the gym. Excellent Place to Live
June 21, 2024I have been living here for almost 3 years. I have never had a bad experience & all the employees here are superior, especially Julia and Jennifer in the office. June 18, 2024Great community that we've lived in for about 3 years. Several complete staff changes and lots of different "neighbors" that come and go but the overall quality of the facilities, services, and communication has remained very good to excellent. Even under recent "new management", things still seem to be handled well with perhaps even more "community activities". I also think the size of Alta Wren (not too small, not too big) helps keep most residents stay "neighborly", perhaps in a way that ...people in a town might be nicer than in a big city.Property Manager Responded
