October 20, 2024apartments themselves are beautiful however, if they would’ve built a retaining wall to combat the highway noise, it would be much better. You can hear your neighbors if you’re on the bottom floor garbage is an issue one dumpster for 333 units.? if you’re looking for a quiet area, this is not itProperty Manager Responded

Since the property only has one compactor is the reason why we offer the valet trash to be picked up from your door 4 days a week. We are sorry your experience with us has been less than perfect. Love it!
November 2, 2022I have lived here for 2 years and still love it. The amenities are great, the maintenance staff is wonderful, and the community feels very safe. The rent is a little high, but I do feel that I am paying for a very nice home so it’s worth it to me.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Amenities
November 1, 2022I have lived at Altair for almost a year now and I am so glad I made the choice to move here. They take great care of their amenities-The heated salt water pool is my favorite. Anytime I have a maintenance request, they typically come the same day, and anytime I have a question, the office staff is very helpful to answer it. Highly Recommended
November 1, 2022This apartment complex is exactly what I'm looking for. I was recommended by a current resident who lives there. My current lease does not end until the summer, really hoping to get into phase 2. I'm very appreciative of the office staff, as they were patient with me and very nice. Great property
October 31, 2022I just moved into Altair a week ago and I am very impressed so far. The office staff made the move in process very easy. I love the community amenities, my naighbors are very nice, and I love the high ceilings and features in my apartment.
