April 30, 2025I move out of here early June, I have had a wonderful experience at Altair! Staff is super awesome, friendly, kind and considerate! Unfortunately, I am by nature a homeowner. very noisey
October 20, 2024apartments themselves are beautiful however, if they would’ve built a retaining wall to combat the highway noise, it would be much better. You can hear your neighbors if you’re on the bottom floor garbage is an issue one dumpster for 333 units.? if you’re looking for a quiet area, this is not itProperty Manager Responded
November 1, 2024Hello, Thank you for your concerns with our community. Unfortunatly, the city will not allow us to build a retaining wall along the highway, we have already inquired about that. Since the property only has one compactor is the reason why we offer the valet trash to be picked up from your door 4 days a week. We are sorry your experience with us has been less than perfect. Awesome Amenities
November 1, 2022I have lived at Altair for almost a year now and I am so glad I made the choice to move here. They take great care of their amenities-The heated salt water pool is my favorite. Anytime I have a maintenance request, they typically come the same day, and anytime I have a question, the office staff is very helpful to answer it.
