    We have been here for less than a year. No problems with our neighbors. Management help when available but need to keep more updates on property rules or any changes. That will include parking not everyone checks their email on a daily basis. The only negative about this area is homelessness. Property and packages getting stolen almost on a daily basis.

    Great staff and nice facilities. Yet constant dog fecies on the lawns and sidewalks. We won't take our dog to the enclosed dog park due to bad smell and unkept dog owners.

    I moved over from the center of Escondido and I have to say I feel so much safer on this side. Yes things can still happen but I don't see homeless or people on drugs and that kind of activity over here. The apartments are very well kept, the staff try and help as much as they can, the amenities are better inside your home like Full size washer/dryer. ACs, new appliances. The outside has a dog park,pools and spas along with a nice fireplace. Glad to be here.

    I live here currently, we work full time and different shifts. The apartments are taken care of, courts countertops new appliances, vaulted ceilings and carpet that wasn't installed in 1990 . I have yet to meet a staff member who has been rude to unhelpful. Even the vendors that that are on site are nice and will chat with you. ( I've learned a lot about the complex from talking to them) Our pools have Chemautomation which I am surprised but stoked for. Even one of the guys I have talked to at ...
    night from the parking company is nice. I like that we can pay online with he app and I like getting rewards from it, I feel like people use the app more to bash people then to do anything good, the amount of complaints at 11pm about people appearing sketchy but no one wants to calls security or the police, its comical how many times I have walked outside to investigate(as its typically in the time frame im coming home from work) and most have not even been homeless but people just living their life that live here. I make sure to have good relationship with my neighbors, try with staff you know just be a good person but if you go looking to be miserable you can. I haven't been here two full years but almost but the prices here are comparable for what things are going for in San Diego county and what you get from it is worth it. We have Washer/dryer in unit and I don't think how lucky we are as I was paying 150 less before but I think its way worth the upgrade and the upkeep of these apartments.

    Living here at Altair has been a dream! The apartments are clean and spacious. Having a full-size washer and dryer and a sliding mirror closet is very convenient! The move in process was smoother than I could have asked for—shout out to Catalina for her cheerfulness and professionalism! She was so helpful with the whole move-in process and answered all my calls and questions promptly. The grounds are well-kept and I enjoy my daily morning walk with sights such as succulents, palm trees, a clean ...
    swimming pool, and hummingbirds! Work orders are taken care of promptly by the friendliest man. I live alone but feel safe and comfortable living here.
