$132k Salary a year don’t qualify!!!
July 13, 2022I called and asked about 1 bedroom. Rep said they didn’t have any have available. I asked about pricing and was told depends on my income. She said she has a studio available and put me on hold. I make $132k a year salary plus bonus which last year came out to $260k in total earnings. I think that’s respectable… The rep came back and told me I didn’t qualify. I also have over 750 credit score.. Doesn’t make any sense. I don't have any problems in here, other than guest parking process. I'd want to be called on my phone when a guest arrived and my guest to be guided where the elevator is and which way to get to my apartment, so every-time I don't have to go down. I love how they clean everywhere in the building everyday including the outside, inside, ...elevators amenity areas.
