        Altana is great place for living. It’s very quiet here for my family. Walls are well insulated. Very peaceful here. Location is also important for me. You have local access to many restaurants and retail stores.

        I called and asked about 1 bedroom. Rep said they didn’t have any have available. I asked about pricing and was told depends on my income. She said she has a studio available and put me on hold. I make $132k a year salary plus bonus which last year came out to $260k in total earnings. I think that’s respectable… The rep came back and told me I didn’t qualify. I also have over 750 credit score.. Doesn’t make any sense.         I Love living at Altana, because I love my apartment is Lis helped me with the whole process from showing me apartments to choose to completing the application. I don't have any problems in here, other than guest parking process. I'd want to be called on my phone when a guest arrived and my guest to be guided where the elevator is and which way to get to my apartment, so every-time I don't have to go down. I love how they clean everywhere in the building everyday including the outside, inside, ...

        Facilities (especially the gym) are excellent. Maintenance staff is excellent. Great location. Improvements needed in security (especially garage), returning emails and phone calls, and giving notice of package arrivals.
