July 9, 2025Altera union is a very good place to live. As it’s new they are still getting a hang of things and completing the projects. Overall the layouts and the rent is pretty reasonable and competitive there sign on promo is very tempting. There are however downsides as well. Elevator is down often, they should let the prospect residents know that there would be no grass in the dog park. Moreover, there are a lot of spiders and bugs all over the property. We have added your apartment to a trash tracking system now that we are aware of your concern. We regret it was such a long period of time that we were not made aware! 2. Pest control has not been quite the issue as described but rest assured building sprays have already began! 3. Dog parks typically have mulch as urine kills grass, which you will notice at a lot of parks in the area. Feel free to use the sidewalks and walkable areas if the dog park is not your favorite just yet. Although the dog spa isn't quite at photographic potential - feel free to use that as well for your furry friend! We appreciate your feedback as you were one of our very first residents going through construction transition with us! Luxury in Fairburn!
June 14, 2025This new construction property in Fairburn has check all the boxes. The amenities give a resort feel to living at the community. They offer stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer in each unit, wood floors even inside your bedrooms. The best part is they offer elevators in each building which is unheard of unless you live in the city. This place is a must see if you are in the Fairburn/ union city area.Property Manager Responded
