    This is great place to live happy about the outcome of moving here after being very nervous in the beginning. The staff are exceptional, the leasing ladies, maintenance staff and cleaning people. They seem to take a lot of pride in their work and I appreciate that. The neighbors are all nice, they amenities stay clean and usable.

    I have been living here since August and I absolutely love it! The price and quality of the luxury apartment is amazing and worth it! The staff here also takes the time to make sure that their residents are happy and comfortable!     Altera Union City apartments are very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood is quiet and the people that I meet are so polite. The renovations are a 10 out of 10 in my opinion and everything works fine. There’s plenty of parking. The amenities are fire. I love living in a community that actually has a pool that’s CLEAN and accommodates a lot of people.
