Your approach is always warm and inviting and you guys are truly amazing. And of course behind every strong team there are fierce leaders. Idela and Jordan (always makes my heart skip a beat lol)......... OMG!!!!!!! it amazes me how you guys stand strong through it all and at the end of day you still have that ...smile on your faces. Staff is very friendly, maintenance responds quickly to issues, grounds are well maintained and I love the resident events. Were treated like Extended family not a Number
January 15, 2025I am completely greatful to be treated like extended family and not a number. There is great customer service implemented in this community. Your staff is only as good as there leaders I must say that owners of This establishment is blessed to have great mangement that cares about staff and there community. We are happy to come home and know that the mangement and staff looka out for our best intrest. It is always an honor to talk abput my community. Recently we had an inconvience with Garages ...the Management mafe aure that we had compensation fir our inconvience.
