Over the last several months, I have been hit with arbitrary and incorrect fees that the office refuses to remove or even explain. job or understands basic property management protocols.
The cycle is always the same:
You get overcharged.
You go to the office to fix it.
You find out the person you spoke to yesterday was fired.
The new person has no record of the conversation and no idea how to use the system.
It is impossible to get a straight answer, a corrected ledger, or a return phone call. They are quick to take your money but completely absent when it comes to correcting their own billing errors. Living here is a constant administrative nightmare.
Save yourself the stress and the money: Look elsewhere. This place is a sinking ship.
