Community Rules? A Joke. The lack of management presence means zero enforcement. Prepare for LOUD, all-night parties, overflowing trash heaps, and a general atmosphere of chaos. The rules on paper mean absolutely nothing here. Amenities? Ghosting. Months after move-in, so-called amenities like the gym are still not fully open, serving as yet another broken promise in a long list of broken promises. If you need any more proof of how toxic this environment is, the entire previous management staff was fired for incompetence. The new team has proven they are operating on the same foundation of neglect and poor judgment. Let me say it one last time, in case the message hasn't been clear: WE HAVE NO POWER, both literally and figuratively. The electrical grid is unreliable, the building is of a demonstrably poor build quality, and management has no power to enforce rules or treat serious issues like mold.
