URBANE APT NOT ALL ITS CRACKED UP TO BE
July 29, 2015Although your initial visit to an urbane apartment is enticing I urge you to take a wide eyed look around. The building is described as having a face lift and that's what it is. They take old buildings lay down laminate flooring and paint them bright colors. However look closely at things like the plumbing, state of the floors, leaky walls, broken utlities, ect. These are the things that really matter in an apartment but seem to go ignored at urbane be weary of these.
