Great community and friendly staff!
February 10, 2024I recently moved in over the winter and I love it here. Many nice walking areas for my dog and more peaceful out here. I'm enjoying the neighbors and the staff is very helpful. Overall, I would recommend it here. Parking is tight in the reserved areas but there seems to be plenty of street parking around. Clean and well kept area!Property Manager Responded

Great community and friendly staff!
February 10, 2024Recently moved in this winter and the management/Maintenance is great! We have some minor issues with our dishwasher, and maintenance was there next day to fix for us. It's a great deal for the area, more peaceful here than other communities I've rented at. Guest parking is on the street, and seems to be working out fine. Neighbors are nice and there is a great walking neighborhood directly behind us. Overall I do enjoy it here and would definitely recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Severely overpriced
July 21, 2023Cheaply built. For the price you pay including all utilities which fluctuate every month 200-300 you would expect more. Appliances are old, carpet was not laid right and you will need to watch for the nails. No guest parking allowed. Perfect for short term stay.Property Manager Responded

December 4, 2021Nails stick your feet on the edges of the carpet, office never answers calls until a month later, appliances don’t fit the space they are made for, moved in when maryhill owned it and was way better ownership and was worth the money to live here, I will never recommend someone to rent hereProperty Manager Responded
