June 3, 2025I’ve been a resident for over a year now and I haven’t had a single issue with the staff. As long as you come with clear and hones concerns they make sure the problems get resolved. All amenities are great and well kept, the only issue I have with the apartment is its location and parking is a cluster everywhere.Property Manager Responded

Same old
December 29, 2024Because it’s new, I thought it wouldn’t have the same problems as other gray star apartment. This place was built to minimum code in every way. They don’t have even close to enough parking, the trash fills up fast and overflows making a mess every other day. The walls are thin. Pluming is already having problems after 6 months. The staff are great and they try their best but, the owners knowingly gave them a crap sandwich and don’t have plans to improve it. You work hard for your money don’t ...waste it here.
