I’m lovin’ it! The apartment is spacious and lit. Common areas are well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful. Proximity to the station is the best part.

it took almost 2 months for a leaking AC in my unit to get fixed. however, they were very on top of getting it done when actively fixing it.

It’s a great place to live. Everyone is so welcoming. Maintenance is super quick and easy to deal with. Such a prime location with the Black Rock train station right outside my window. All around, great place to be!

Apartment location , metro station nearby ,Lot of open space , gym , addutiinal work office locations are advantages, there should be more community activities, including bringing some sports or other activities.
